• Lead and manage the Controlling and Finance department
• Develop and implement financial strategies, focusing on cost management
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Analyze financial data for decision-making and cost optimization
• Monitor and manage financial risks
• Oversee cost accounting, controllership, AP, AR, taxation, and finance
• Collaborate with departments to optimize financial performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Lead and develop the finance team
• Drive process improvements and cost reduction in manufacturing

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably as a Head of Controlling or similar
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and financial regulations (IFRS)
• Advanced proficiency in cost accounting, financial reporting, and taxation
• Excellent analytic, organizational, and problem-solving skills
