Job details:
What will you be Doing: The Operations Support Specialist will be the front line of support for S2S Global's customers to help ensure customers are satisfied with products, services, and delivery of orders. Specifically, this role will be responsible for receiving, entering, and processing customer orders within our ERP system, Epicor Prophet 21. They will also manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via phone and/or email. Finally, he or she will provide order discrepancy troubleshooting, ensuring customer satisfaction by processing product returns and exchanges. The Operations Support Specialist will also work closely with the Logistics Operations team. This role may be assigned specific projects in support of S2S Global's internal operations.
Responsabilities:
• Receive and enter customer orders into the ERP system (Epicor Prophet 21).
• Handle customer inquiries about orders, product availability, and shipping.
• Manage and resolve order discrepancies, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure order accuracy and satisfaction.
• Support logistics operations and assist with internal projects as needed.
• Review and verify order information for accuracy, contacting customers if clarification is needed.
• Manage shipping discrepancy claims (OSD) by working with customers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate account and order records in coordination with other departments.
• Provide timely updates and resolutions to customers regarding their order status and issues.
Requirements:
• 2 Years applicable experience
• Experience in customer support
• Great time management
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a call center environment
• Background in logistics and/or supply chain
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage customer relationships
• Associates or technical degree
