We're currently seeking a Remote Executive Assistant to support our CEO directly.
Requirements:
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) — this is non-negotiable.
- Highly proactive, curious, and results-driven.
- Exceptional writing and grammar skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ideally, some knowledge of or interest in finance/investment topics.
- Proficiency with Notion, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
Work Environment:
- This is a 100% remote role, but you will be required to join a virtual office during working hours.
- That means you must be online, present, and actively available—just like in a physical office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Draft, reply to, and follow up on emails and messages.
- Communicate with clients across various time zones.
- Provide administrative support and task follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain information using Notion/Salesforce.
- Be an active presence in the virtual office and work closely with the CEO.
