Descripción

• Participation in defining the Asset Management Plan and service operations strategy.
• Defining the scope of O&M services, evaluating business opportunities, and selecting key partners.
• Negotiating service contracts and warranties with OEMs.
• Implementing operational processes and training suppliers on internal tools.
• Managing performance, validating service orders, and preparing operational and cost reports.
• Managing OEM warranties, on-site interventions, and spare parts.

Perfil buscado

• 10/15+ years of experience in the industry (Renewable Energy, Utilities, Solar and Storage, EAAS).
• Experience in O&M in renewable energies is valued.
• Understanding of PV, storage, generators, and electrical distribution.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms (internal and OEM) for CMMS, ERP, and internal tools (BTGO).
• Expertise in customer support management, field services, and associated practices.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, and negotiation.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proficiency in quality management, Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodology.
• Writing root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Project planning and management.
• Must have a valid visa.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Qué Ofrecemos

• Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 + benefits above the mexican law.
• Hybrid: work from home 2 to 3 days per week
• Regular international travel.
• Flexibility in working hours due to different time zones
