We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Reman Group Automotriz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the areas of recruitment, training, environment, health and safety, general administration, payroll, and IT, as well as creating manuals and job descriptions, organizational charts, and setting goals for managers and middle management, ensuring they are met.
Responsibilities:
Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve intradepartmental conflicts at the managerial and middle management levels to ensure a harmonious work environment.
Career Planning: Develop and implement career plans for employees, ensuring their growth and development within the company.
Work Goal Implementation: Establish work goals for managers and middle management, monitor their achievement to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
Manuals and Organizational Charts Creation: Develop manuals and job descriptions, as well as structure and update the company's organizational chart.
Communication with Senior Management: Maintain constant communication with the CEO to align with the company's vision and strategies.
Talent Attraction: Develop strategies to attract and retain talent.
Training and Development:
Develop and execute annual training plans based on competencies and aligned with the business plan.
Design and develop training manuals.
Train instructors and facilitators.
Oversee the induction and onboarding process.
Organizational Climate:
Design, develop, and implement workplace climate surveys and action plans for continuous improvement.
Facilitate action plan meetings.
Internal communication regarding action plans and improvements.
General Affairs: Organize social events and integration activities.
Labor Relations: Handle contact and negotiations with the union.
General Administration: Oversee the areas of general administration, payroll, and IT.
Requirements:
Degree in Psychology or related field.
Certification in International Coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English.
Experience working with companies in the United States or Korea.
Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
