Description
Act as the interface communication flow between Sales, logistic services and all other support departments- Finance, Product Stewardship; Trade Compliance; Quality.
Keep clients informed proactively about claim status and take appropriate actions.
Act as the front line business role for all inquiries related to claim management; service and supply chain to ensure full satisfaction of customers on products , services and features
Participate on functional and related projects
Participate in both internal and external order management audits
Analyze data from SAP : open claim reports and identify the follow-up actions needed.
Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and pro-active communication
Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.
Efficiently process Order-to-Cash activities.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in customer service / order processing
SAP EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL) Minimum of 2 years of experience
ADVANCED ENGLISH (ESSENTIAL)
Portuguese is appreciated
Experience in chemical industry ideal or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft word & basic proficiency in excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple requests and demands on time.
Prioritize work load depending on needs of customer and business for on-time completion of each request
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
Job Offer
$29,000 gross salary + Superior Benefists (Major medical care, Christmas bonus 30 days, Food Vouchers and Home office Support)
Hybrid schedule: 3 days office and 2 days Home office
