About Job
Accountable for delivering effective tech tools to enable Panel Management & Auditor-supported data collection. Serve regional panel PL(Product Leader Ship) and Operations teams as internal clients , enable quality, panelist-centric data collection methods. Lead cross-functional teams (Tech, Dsci, Product Leader Ship (PL), Ops) to design, develop, deploy tech enhancements.
Responsibilities
Identify system features & performance gaps to enhance
Facilitate PI (Product Incremental) planning process
Assess enhancements & change requests
Writing and delivering requirements to the Technology teams for solutions in scope
Approve solution design, review prototypes to guide on time and accurate delivery
Coordinating UAT (User Attendance Testing) (global)
Maintaining system release communications, documenting and maintaining operational processes and training materials tied to the solution.
Manage early stages of deployment / hypercare (monitoring period post- deployment)
Qualifications
3+ years of work experience, ideally in implementing new process and technologies
Fluent in Business English
Ability to engage, develop and develop talent
Good understanding of process and operational metrics
Technically savvy to work on analytical tools
Highly effective communication skills matched with good presentation and influencing skills
Ability to operate effectively with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly
Result oriented with aptitude for continuous process improvements
Business acumen
Attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
