Services Presales Leader
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Eng., Systems Eng, or Engineer in a related field.
· Advanced English.
· Experience: + 5 years in execution ICT services activities.
+ 5 years in sales of ICT Services
+ 3 years in the execution of Services Business Management roles.
Functions and Responsibilities:
· Drive the Services Presales Processes for the Scope of Services CoE
· Perform as adviser of Services CoE Portfolio to Sales Teams and interested parties.
· Lead services market intelligence and the services business strategy
· Support the New Service Introduction (NSI) Cycle.
· Lead the Service Design and Service Proposal preparation
· Ownership of the financial performance of Services Portfolio
· Lead Performance Management of the Services Pre-sales team.
Knowledge:
· Services CoE Scope is for Non-Attached Services and focuses on three pillars: Professional Services, Customer Support Services and As-a-Service Models.
· Working with different areas in LATAM
