Description

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with policies
• Validate month-end close and financial reporting for all business units
• Analyze financial data, variances, and ensure timely reporting
• Coordinate audits and provide accurate documentation to auditors
• Implement and monitor internal controls and corporate accounting policies
• Lead and develop the accounting team through performance plans
• Support operational units with financial analysis and process alignment
• Approve journal entries and ensure reconciliation accuracy
• Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives

Profile

A successful R2R Manager should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with professional license
• 5-8 years of experience in General Accounting and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and financial reporting standards
• Significant experience in a Shared Service Center / GBS structure non negotiable
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Skilled in month-end close, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Advanced English for business communication
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
