We are Looking for: Procurement Analyst

Requirements:

• Entry-level work experience in Procurement, finance or IT.
• Ideally, experience with various procurement tools (Selectica, Fieldglass).
• Proficient in basic Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc).
• Advanced level English

Responsibilities:

• Support RFP, RFQ, RFI, competitive bids, and miscellaneous projects for IT stakeholders.
• Support source to contract process including seeking approvals from multiple organizations and routing contracts for approvals.
• Support activities related to productivity/cost savings across multiple contracts.
• Ensure use of company policies as well as terms and conditions to ensure best in class economics and minimize risk.
