The Sales Enablement Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing sales enablement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve sales efficiency. This role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to create and deliver world-class sales enablement programs and resources.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with Serviap Global's overall business objectives.
Create and maintain a robust sales enablement toolkit, including sales playbooks, pitch decks, product demos, and sales collateral.
Develop and deliver sales training programs, both in-person and virtual, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and customer relationship management.
Coach and mentor sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and performance.
Utilize sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted enablement initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales and marketing collateral.
Track and measure the impact of sales enablement programs on sales performance.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the HR or global payroll industry.
Knowledge of sales enablement platforms and technologies.
