Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coping with related work, including business system review and bill making; collecting cost invoices.

2. Responsible for expense reimbursement review, ensuring that expense documents and invoices meet tax requirements.

3. Responsible for bank-related work, including bank payment bill making, docking with docking banks, supplementing bank information, etc.

4. Responsible for docking with financial companies, sorting accounting materials for financial companies.

5. Ensure that the company complies with local financial and tax regulations and ensures the compliance of company management.

Job Requirements:

1. Accounting-related majors, full-time undergraduate or above; fluent in Spanish, English can be used as a working language.

2. CPC (Certified Public Accountant) certificate is preferred, more than 3 years of financial experience, logistics industry is preferred.

3. Familiar with Mexican financial laws and regulations and able to handle financial and tax affairs proficiently.

4. Master financial and office software, with good cross-cultural communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
