We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a company in the Dental Health Industry in the United States. For this position, candidates must have an outstanding English level, a positive personality and enjoy sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls from customers for appointment settling and providing general information about the services.
Updating and capturing information in the CRM system.
Provide a great experience to the customer through professional interaction.
Conducting soft sales while explaining the benefits of our services.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday (30 minute lunch).
This position requires employees to work 1 Saturday every other month (the day off, is replaced with another day of the week).

Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C2).
Customer service and call handling experience.
Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
Experience in sales.
What we offer:
Base salary of $16,000 MXN - $18,000 a month (before taxes), depending on experience + commissions.
Food Vouchers $1,000 MXN a month.
Home office bonus of $800 MXN a month.
Sales commissions up to $400 USD a month.
Fully remote position.
