We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative to join a company in the Dental Health Industry in the United States. For this position, candidates must have an outstanding English level, a positive personality and enjoy sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from customers for appointment settling and providing general information about the services.
• Updating and capturing information in the CRM system.
• Provide a great experience to the customer through professional interaction.
• Conducting soft sales while explaining the benefits of our services.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (30 minute lunch).
• This position requires employees to work 1 Saturday every other month (the day off, is replaced with another day of the week).

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C2).
• Customer service and call handling experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience in sales.

What we offer:

• Base salary of $16,000 MXN - $18,000 a month (before taxes), depending on experience + commissions.
• Food Vouchers $1,000 MXN a month.
