Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master's degree desirable)
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the solar industry, specifically with solar inverters or related technologies.
Extensive network of contacts within the industry, including distributors, installers, EPC companies, and developers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical understanding of solar inverters and the solar energy market.
Fluency in English.
Product knowledge (FV Inverter).
Experience in B2B.
Experience in B2C.
Responsibilities
Conduct training with distributors and EPCs to introduce the product.
Ensure sales initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, developers, and installers.
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure product sales of 3MW quarterly or more.
Establish development strategies.
