Location
Fully Remote, but placed or willing to eventually move to México, because field work is required, in visiting Clients, prospects,
relationship meetings, work field with team, etc.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team on Consultative B2B SAAS Sales. The ideal
candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and business development.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, and
driving the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities
1.- Structure the sales department, defining processes, goals, budgets, KPIs and methodology for tracking sales
performance
2.- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
3.- Lead and coach a team of existing and new hires of sales executives setting clear expectations of performance and
measuring against this in order to meet or exceed budget expectations
4.- Own and drive pipeline generation, both individually and through the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's
revenue goals and sales targets.
5.- Lead and manage relationships with enterprise and corporate accounts, overseeing the full sales cycle from prospecting
to closing, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
6.-Conduct regular sales team meetings, one-to-ones and coaching/training sessions in an effort to drive accountability and
improve sales performance, while at the same time motivating your team.
7.- Establish sales targets and quotas for sales team members, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or
exceeded.
8.- Create & Review the key performance indicators for each team member to drive the right activities/outcomes, while at
the same time offering guidance on how to improve
9.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
10.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and incorporate this knowledge into sales strategies. Get
involved with different industry fairs, webinars, events seeking for a source of new opportunities and funnel.
11.- Work together with the marketing team in the establishing of strategies for lead and opportunities generation and brand
awareness.

Qualifications
*3- 5 Experience managing an outbound, full sales cycle team. B2B SAAS Consultative Solutions experience with large
and short sales cycles, and enterprise approach
*Understanding of the sales cycles and KPIs for a SaaS & B2B model
*Preferably Background in transportations of fleets industry (not mandatory)
*Strong ability to coach and train junior sales teams, with a passion for strengthening and developing your sales team's
skills
*Obsessed with the use of CRM tools and systems to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.
*Ability to run reports and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions
*Willingness to work in a hybrid working environment on a weekly basis (If Needed)
*Bilingual English & Spanish. Plus if Portuguese
