Solid experience with accounting and working knowledge of Mexico fiscal accounting. Understanding of VAT. Reporting to the Site Lead, the successful candidate will manage financial activities of Arnprior Aerospace

Portland, Inc. and lead the local Finance team, Verify and analyze bank statements, Establish and implement controls and procedures to maintain a robust financial control environment for the operations, esponsible for managing Mexico statutory reporting, income tax and VAT reporting & compliance., Establish and implement procedures to identify, record, and liquidate Excess & Obsolete inventory. Work cross functionally with sales, sourcing, and production teams to establish processes to minimize on hand inventory levels and cost of write-downs, Collaborate with corporate and site leadership team to develop and achieve the annual operating plans. Works with facility leadership on special projects and performs other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

Finance, Accounting or equivalent, Experience in payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial analysis and cost management

ERP experience (Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent a plus)

Experience with ERP implementations a plus

Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset
