Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Objective:
He/she is a liaison between the Area Director and the executives and employees of the organization. The /the Executive Assistant is responsible for managing a wide range of support tasks related to the area staff.
Main Activities:
- Responsible for the agenda (daily planner) of the Area Director to coordinate meetings.
- Responsible for the administration of the travel expense system.
- Manages the administrative systems established in the area.
- Provides administrative support to other department functions.
- Maintains corporate contacts.
- Attends and follows up on telephone calls received in the area.
- Manages and follows up on email communications or written documents.
- Prepares materials for executive presentations.
- Reviews and maintains custody of various types of reports and documents.
- Organizes travel schedules and makes reservations for your team and area.
- Prepares invoices, reports, memos, letters, performance information and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database or presentation software.
- Makes restaurant and hotel reservations.
- Coordinates, if necessary, drivers for courier and transportation of executives from Mexico and visitors from other countries.
Requirements:
- Gender: Indistinct
- Grade: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations or related field.
- Availability of Schedule: Full time. On-site at the corporate offices.
- English level: Bilingual
- Microsoft Office: Advanced
- Technical knowledge: Proficient in computer equipment. Experience in agenda management. Proficiency in administrative support processes.
