BILINGUAL NURSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

The Call Gurus have partnered with a leading cosmetic surgery clinic and are looking for bilingual nurses to provide customer service and medical follow up for our patients. Working on this helpline, you will need to use your triage knowledge to guide the customer and provide medical orientation.

POSITION OVERVIEW

• Receive incoming calls from patients and do probing questions
• Use a triage method to identify the nature of the call
• Function as a dispatcher for medical emergencies

REQUIREMENT

• Registered Nurse license (Must have Cedula profesional)
• Advanced English (C1)
• Familiar with medical terminology
