Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, ensuring high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Define project objectives and ensure they are met within the established timeline and budget.
• Supervise all project phases from conception to completion, ensuring quality standards.
• Coordinate teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Maintain clear and constant communication with clients and project teams.
• Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning and tracking.
• Manage projects related to construction, fiber optic deployment, and splicing.
• Oversee Layer 2 switch projects.
• Handle projects for the setup of POPs, NNIs, and Data Centers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and ensure project alignment.
• Experience in infrastructure, fiber optic, and network projects.
• Bilingual proficiency (Spanish-English).
