3. Communication and coordination ability: As a bridge between customers and the company, SQA needs to have good communication and coordination ability, and be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams of the company.

4. English ability: It is required to have a certain English foundation, be able to read, write and communicate in English, especially when dealing with the quality problems of international customers.

5. Problem solving ability: need to have the ability to respond quickly and solve quality problems, be able to analyze problems on site and propose solutions.

Requirements :
