Responsibilities:

• Administrative office activities and review of chemical reactions.
• Preparation of Safety Data Sheets, Technical Sheets, and Labels that comply with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) standards.
• Ensuring correct compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks in the company in Latin America.
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks in the United States.
• Providing support to company personnel and clients.
• Keeping updated with the regulatory frameworks of the aforementioned regulations.
• Continuously participating in development projects in the region (Latin America).
• Developing new projects.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in the chemical field such as: Engineer, General Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical (recent graduate, intern, or graduate).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (ESSENTIAL).
• Knowledge of global hazard communication requirements and chemical control regulations.
• Practical knowledge of labeling regulations.
• Strong computer skills, high level of accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• High responsibility and commitment to meeting objectives.
