Work Schedule: Hybrid, 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. 3 days at the office, 2 days at home.
Key Responsibilities:
General cost maintenance: creation, modification, and variance analysis.
Weekly tracking of production order variances.
Updating cost tables.
Analysis of adjustments and cycle counts.
Downloading and analyzing flat/multilevel BOMs.
Analysis of production and material variance accounts.
Monthly accounting close activities and inventory analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar position in cost accounting or finance.
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and administration.
Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Intermediate to advanced English (ability to communicate with plants in the U.S.).
Preferred Requirements (not mandatory):
Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis.
Experience with BPCS (AS400).
