The Role

Supervisor for Warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory accuracy for all the PC

1. Implementation and following of cycle count process

o Develop for cycle counts process on all the PC

o Implementation of root cause analysis

o Following of corrective action implementation

o Inventory Adjustment

2. ABC classification

3. COGI monitoring

4. Disposition and audit of scrap material

5. Monitoring of inventory performance

6. Monitoring of Inventory Aging

7. Supervisor of Receipts, warehouse and shipping

8. Makes sure all workcells have the materials they need (internal logistics)

9. KPIs implementation

10. Arrangement and control of transportation

11. Timely entry of data related to indent contracts into Sales reports and Monthly reports

12. Supervision and control of shipments from factory (date of shipment, date of arrival)

13. Arrangement of tenders (bidding) for international transportation services jointly with logistics manager, as well as capacity warehouse projects

14. Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers: Distribution Centres, PC's, freight forwarders and customs agents to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in your operations.

15. Manage and control the warehouses to ensure safety and efficiency in their operations and good care and control of stocks.

16. Support the Business Controller as required by providing data and carrying out analyses related to financial factors (i.e. freight charges, inventory, end of the month reports)

17. Make sure the payment for the freight charges are up to date

18. Make sure all payment for equipment rental at the warehouse is up to date.

19. Reports to his/her direct manager all defects in equipment and materials, or any obvious safety or health hazards

20. Ensures that all accidents and incidents are correctly reported and recorded and that action is taken to prevent a reoccurrence of the accident or incident.

21. Supports ISO compliance for Logistics

The skills/Background:

· ERP Knowledge, preferentially SAP and Oracle

· Oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and superior organizational abilities.

· Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.

· Problem analysis/resolution skills.

· Proficient English skills

Analytical mind, ability to work with numbers, efficiency, good written and oral presentation skills, ability to communicate and work with others. Knowledge of logistics matters.
