MARKET BUSINESS DEVELOPER / OEM MARKET MANAGER
Position Overview
Develop and maintain detailed economic and technological knowledge of the OEM market in Mexico and the LATAM market. Develop strategies that drive profitable sales growth and increased market penetration in the OEM market. Responsibilities include customer presentations, demonstrations, securing specification approvals, and helping drive new product development (NPD) projects. Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at top OEM customers such as Eaton, Schneider and Siemens. Cultivate a strategy for the expansion of our existing OEM customer base.
Duties and Responsabilities
• Establish close working relationships with key stakeholders at top OEM customers (Eaton, Schneider and Siemens) and within the overall OEM market in Mexico and the LATAM market.
• Maintain a deep understanding of economic and technological trends that affect the OEM market and our customer base.
• Active development of customer and market strategies that supports CMCs (Connector Manufacturing Company) overall strategic business plan.
• Drive New Product Development (NPD) initiatives with key OEM customers.
• Collaborate closely with various groups within the CMC in support of our customer base.
• Support the development of market and customer forecasts.
• Support Product Managers with key initiatives in product portfolio management and market analysis.
• Report to Manager in USA, act as liason with offices in USA.
Skills and Experience
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills (Public speaker). As well as the ability to create and deliver high-impact presentations (PPT, Canva).
• Digital Literacy: Must have strong Microsoft Office (Excel & Word), Salesforce (CRM), e-mail and other PC application skills.
• Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems; captures and analyzes information; and develops alternative solutions all within a timely manner.
• Works well in group problem solving situations.
• Experience: Proven experience in Marketing and electrical industry.
• Abilities: Develop relationship with top management in North America and LATAM, travel around Mexico visiting new customers and OEM Managers.
• Base: Preferably live in or around Monterrey, Nuevo León (customer base).

Salary of $35,000 Mexican pesos monthly or higher + allocation of resources to work + benefits above the law
