The Tissue Paper Business Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the Paper Division by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and fostering partnerships that increase revenue. He/She works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Tissue Paper market
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients for Paper CHemical markets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services/chemical products.
Regularly meet with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore additional business needs.
Stay informed on industry trends
Analyze market data to identify business opportunities and potential threats.
Prepare regular reports on market conditions, sales activities, and business performance.
Work closely with the marketing, pricing and product teams to align business development strategies with the company's goals.
Provide feedback to internal teams on client needs and Paper market conditions.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth transitions from prospect to client.
Contribute to the development of strategic business plans.
Set long-term and short-term goals for Paper business growth.
Monitor business development progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Chemicals with specialization on chemicals for paper market.
10-15 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
Proven track record of successfully closing business deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
