1. Primary Purpose of the Position

• Lead a high performing and engaged IT organization team that consistently delivers high value initiatives/projects and a stable operation to our NOLA business;
• Be the BRM (Business Relationship Management) Lead to consolidate and communicate cluster portfolio between IT organization and Business being the main point of contact among IT local members guiding and supporting Business on more efficient scope definitions. IT Cluster budget management.
• Build a Business-oriented mindset with pillars expert to develop each workstream properly through the cluster;
• Identify and propose solutions, new process and innovation according to strategic plan of cluster;
• Be connected with external solution to provide best solutions connected with business goals.

2. Impact & Contribution

This role is to contribute on IT transformation strategy building the scope and priority of country by E2E solutions connected with business goals.

1. Duties and Responsibilities

• Be a Business Relationship Management Lead to consolidate and communicate cluster portfolio between IT organization and Business being the main point of contact among IT local members guiding and supporting Business on more efficient scope definitions. IT Cluster budget management.
• Work in collaboration with GM structure, IT local and Regional IT teams to avoid silos and build connected solutions.
• Support on core IT governance processes across IT local & regional for ensuring IT / business alignment, managing IT investments, IT Project management and delivering services for BRA.
• Assure continuity of critical IT services for Nola. Understand criticality/ urgency of systems and services.
• Demonstrate continuous improvement inside of IT, decrease turnaround times and streamline processes to provide quality customer service.
• Identify and drive opportunities for synergies across IT in Electrolux both inside the country and regionally.

Perfil del candidato

1. Education

BS in engineering, Computer Science, Administration or equivalent technical experience

2. Experience

Experience as an IT Lead in multinational company having exposure to ERPs, Problem solve, Stakeholder management, Issue Analysis, Planning of Solutions at Design and System, Project Management, Cost and IT Management.
