Position Overview:

The position is responsible for procure materials and developing, expanding, and maintaining detailed product schedules.

This position also requires managing a forecast schedule for regular distribution to the production team(s) and maintaining a baseline through change management procedures. A constant focus on streamlining the flow of customer sales orders to the production floor is necessary. Is responsible for the inventory of raw material control and management and WIP required to fulfill customer expectations for good on time delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Production / Operations Management preferred.
• 5 years experience in buyer.
• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment, with Production Control, Inventory Control, or Purchasing experience preferred.
• Advance English

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:

·       A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.

·       Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

·       Calculates figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. 

·       Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

·       Understands and supports KPI's in daily work.

·       Experienced/proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Office

·       SAP experience
