?Qualifications and desired skills:
· More than 3 years of experience in Quality Systems (essential)
Ensure compliance with the control plan regarding process/product characteristics.
Supervision of technicians and/or Quality leaders.
Conduct process and/or safety audits when applicable (L1/L2).
Participate in activities and projects aimed at reducing COPQ metrics (scrap, ATRs, RPPMs) and continuous improvement.
Lead/participate in or advise on the implementation of continuous improvement projects such as HPTs and/or Kaizen.
Chair the Material Review Board (MRB) and ensure proper disposal of non-conforming material.
Lead problem-solving efforts for corrective and preventive actions, both internal and external.
Ensure the effectiveness of corrective and/or preventive actions.
Develop, define, and implement action plans for scrap reports.
Analyze/follow up on complaints and warranties following the 8D process.
Update procedures to ensure compliance with customer requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate/analyze and manage customer returns (ATRs/credits).
Prepare performance evaluations for direct reports.
Audit process documents (PFMEA/Control Plan and flow diagrams) and ensure their proper updates.
Develop and ensure training for direct reports.
Monthly reviews of customer portals as applicable.
Implement and monitor internal/external audits.
Ensure the escalation plan and participate in decision-making.
