Requirements:
- 5+ years experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with executives required.
- Verbal and written English communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Expert ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.
- Expert ability in event planning, budgeting, etc.
- Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI
- Softwares: Comfortable using computers,
- Soft skills: team work, collaboration, open to feedback, curious, attention to detail
- Nice to have: PowerBI User Experience

Responsibilities:
- Record management
- Tasks: primarily keep systems IShare (safety data)
- Work in IShare to transfer investigation data from custom tool (PDii)
- Focus on the incident investigation software, (training will be provided)
- Create the proper things in IShare, environmental reporting, transfering data from one system to another.
- Managed end-to-end data processes: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and visualization in Power BI, improving data accuracy
- Data extraction, transformation, and reporting, as well as developing custom dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
- Being passionate about continuous learning and collaborative teamwork, and consistently deliver efficient, data-driven solutions to enhance business decision-making.
