Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Customer Service Representative is the key liaison and problem-solver between the manufacturing operation and Blinds To Go internal sales team. He/she directly manages all communications with sales team and resolves customer service issues in real-time. Customer service managers must be hands-on, have strong analytical/root-causing skills, and have very good cross-functional management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the sales team with real-time information and solutions
· Trouble shoot and resolve sales and customer problems; field calls and tickets and respond to product and production issues daily
· Analyze, root-cause and propose solutions to recurring issues
· Enter all communication in CRM
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· Five years of customer service in retail or all-center operation preferred
· Organized with high attention to details
· Excellent oral communication skills
· Bilingual Spanish and English required
· Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
· Strong cross-functional skills and ability to interact with all level of employees
· Hand-on, results-oriented
