Experience:
At least 3+ years work experience in QA - Manual + Functional Automation. Also, must be proficient in English & Spanish Language.
Technical skills:
Must have good hold on both English and Spanish language understanding and speaking
Must be proficient in Spanish Language , validate gramatically for lexical accuracy
o Should be able to analyze and test English language text is correctly translated to Spanish audio in DTMF(Spanish audio converted is not changing meaning and it's gramatically correct for lexical accuracy)
Knowledge on web services or API testing
Should have good experience in writing SQL queries
Experience as testing engineer with emphasis on IVR, telecommunications domain (with CTI,Agent functionalities ) in contact center space.
Must have previous IVR testing experience, like IVR application familiarity (speech & DTMF systems)
Prior experience with using Cyara tool and creating test cases in Cyara
Should have experience on using Octane tool.
Good to have:
Ability to analyze and generate system test plan/test cases based on given specification/BRD's/requirement
Ability to set up test data and execution of test cases, produce test execution report and help development team by providing required test data for bug fixes
Experience in testing E2E functionality in telecom domain.
Knowledge of testing Gen AI Prompts, LLM models will help executing roles & responsibilities
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
