Requirements:
- Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or related
- Experience in Call Center - PLUS
- 1 year assessing the English level of candidates
- Knowledge in publication and follow-up of vacancies in different job boards
- Organized and Proactive
- Experience in MASSIVE recruitment
- Advanced English - Fluent
- Management and control of individual and group interviews (massive)
Activities:
- Analyze all resumes and plans assigned to a specific recruitment process to ensure that the prospect has the appropriate technical and personal experience.
- Posting vacancies on recruitment web pages.
- Follow up on leads from recruiting web pages (by call, text message or email).
- Scheduling appointments for profiled candidates.
- Follow up on time for class delivery on contract signing day.
- Request candidates for required documentation for hiring, including criminal record, plus a copy of all these documents for the file, in order to have all necessary information available for future reference.
- Assess the candidate's oral and written English skills.
- Provide feedback to the Supervisor on the final results of all evaluated candidates.
- Review and score all tests taken by the candidate and validate knowledge (computer skills, written English, etc.), and possible behavioral patterns (behavioral profile).
- Conduct a personal interview to validate all the information provided by the candidate.
- Approve or reject the candidate as a result of the evaluations performed on the prospect.
- If the candidate is approved, coordinate a second interview with the account or department that applied for the position.

- Work model - Hybrid 80 - 20% rotating in Tlalnepantla (Edo Méx) and Chapultepec (CDMX) offices.
- Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 (Availability to work half day 1 or 2 Saturdays per month).
- School agreements with scholarships from 25% to 60%, agreements with Medical Laboratories, Restaurants, Department Stores, Six flags, Inbursa Aquarium, among others.
