Kumon is the world's largest after-school math and reading program. Kumon Students progress independently through a carefully crafted, worksheet-based math and reading curriculum.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Facilitate, revise/update training programs and specific modules and prepare materials for each learning session.

- Collaborate with a dynamic team that may include members of other departments and countries (US, Canada, South America, etc.) for training content.

- Coach trainees (both new franchisees and new hires) in skills acquisition.

- Assess learning effectiveness during and after training to improve the content immediately and/or delivery of future trainings.

- Evaluate the learners during and after the training sessions, as appropriate, and provide written feedback for trainees (both new franchisees and new staff) and Managers of training participants in order to develop each Kumon associate to his/her full potential .

- Creating on-line learning modules and developing student case studies.

- Use the LMS to assign learning content to the trainees and track their progress. and

- sStay apprised of current activities and expectations of associate roles to share and incorporate into current training programs.

- Maintain knowledge/skills to effectively design/facilitate training materials and programs. Stay up to date on the training industry and on the Kumon Method and topics related to the running of a successful Kumon Center to align contents with the changing needs of company, associates and departments.

- Content and curriculum adjustments in PowerPoint, vILT and video editing

- Complete other responsibilities/tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree

• 2-5 years of experience in the training field (live and e-learning).

• Experience in Education sector preferred.

• Intermediate-Advanced English (Able to communicate with English native speakers).

• Eager to learn multiple hard and soft skills and Kumon's methodology. Drive for self-study.

• Hands-on the job work style and teamwork ability.

• Able to use and multi-task technology including e-learning platforms and tools like Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom and Teams simultaneously. Fast learner for different purposes and new technology tools.
