JOB DESCRIPTION
At Pulsar, we are looking for an individual interested in working on implementing Industry 4.0 technology across a wide range of machines and industrial processes to join our team as an Industry 4.0 Implementation Engineer. The role's objective is to lead the digitalization and measurement of manufacturing processes through the implementation of hardware, data analysis, and the study of industrial processes. It will report directly to our Industry 4.0 Solutions Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to industrial plants to analyze and inspect manufacturing processes and the technical functioning of industrial machines.
- Lead and install IoT hardware on electrical panels, manufacturing machines, or production lines.
- Analyze data from IoT industrial sensors to ensure the proper functioning of real-time monitoring.
- Configure and upload all installation data to various platforms.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within Pulsar to achieve continuous improvement in the installation and measurement processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient English and communication skills for technical and professional purposes
- Availability to travel to the USA
- Live in Mexico City or Monterrey
- Over 4 years of experience in technical roles in industrial plants
- Experience with manufacturing machines, production lines, or industrial processes
- Knowledge of the operation of industrial machines
- Education: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics
- Type A driver's license
DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technology, IoT, and sensor data analysis
- Experience in the digitalization of industrial processes and sensor integration
- Experience with measurement through microcontrollers and data transmission via wireless networks
- Certification: Electrical Panel Handling
