We´re looking: Order Entry Team Lead

To provide day to day “hands on” management and assistance to the Order Entry Team with functional responsibilities; including but not limited to processing eBusiness trade and sister company orders.

Job Duties & Requirements :

• Compile reports and analyze data to determine trends, opportunities and identify necessary changes to processes or procedures.
• Participate in internal and external meetings as the representative or expert for the team.
• Coordinate creation and maintenance of Standard Procedure directions, Job Aid documents and flow charts for training.
• Effectively delegate when needed and manage follow through.
• Review all reports for daily order processing to ensure orders flow to the floor.

Experience/Skills Required:

• Effective management, leadership and training skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A leader willing to take initiative and lead the Team.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• English level: advanced

Education:Bachelors Degree .
