**Job Summary:**

A Call Center Agent is responsible for handling outbound customer calls for a company. You will provide information, resolve issues, and offer support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction:**

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys.

2. **Issue Resolution:**

- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.

- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management as necessary.

3. **Data Entry and Management:**

- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

- Update customer information and ensure data integrity.

4. **Product and Service Knowledge:**

- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions.

- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.

5. **Performance Metrics:**

- Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.

6. **Team Collaboration:**

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's Degree

- 6 months of proven experience as a call center agent or in a customer service role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.

**Working Conditions:**

- On site 100% (Monday to Friday)
