Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Bilingual Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. The Junior Accountant will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, ensuring the client company's financial records are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities:

? Process and record invoices, payments, and expenses in the accounting system.

? Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

? Support month-end and year-end close processes.

? Maintain and update general ledger accounts.

? Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.

? Assist with tax filings and compliance requirements.

? Prepare journal entries and assist with account analysis.

? Work closely with the Controller to ensure financial accuracy.

? Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

? Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

? Experience: 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles preferred).

? Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)

? Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

? Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

? Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
