Job Description:
We are seeking a highly energetic, organized and proactive Office Manager and Executive Assistant to join our team at Vorto LLC Monterrey. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing comprehensive support to our executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
Coordinate facility management and maintenance issues.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Executive Support:
Handle travel arrangements and expense reports for executives.
Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports.
Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between departments, executives and suppliers.
