The Human Resources Manager's job is to implement HR policies and tools as well as supporting management in human resources matters Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems. As a manager, play the key role of a people developer to drive performance and set objectives for your team members.
Overall responsibilities and duties:
• Ensure the management of HR matters while maintaining coherence with business objectives
• Implement the Group's HR policies and its processes within the plant, including the
• Employee Empowerment, as part of the Faurecia System of Excellence.
• Implement an integrated and efficient strategy for staffing, hiring, induction, training, management of professional careers at plant level
• Ensure that administration and payroll processes are carried out efficiently.
• Guarantee that working conditions comply with Health, Safety, Hygiene and Environment policies.
• Manage industrial relations with employee representatives
• Report HR information to the Division
• Ensure that the organization complies with local labor laws
• Apply Compensation and Benefits policies and communicate them to employees
• Take charge of the annual salary review process, ensuring that the structure is used appropriately gradual Faurecia positions.
• Ensure profit costs meet budget.
Develop and maintain contacts with external entities such as Government Secretaries, business groups.
• Ensure compliance with the code of ethics and administration code with the responsibility of reporting any incident and act accordingly according to group regulations.
• Prepares the departmental organizational chart and job descriptions of the personnel under his/her charge.
• Carry out the DNC of the personnel under your charge.
• Performs the competency evaluation of the personnel in charge.
• Act on occasion as a trainer in some internal training sessions.
• Communicate HSE policies to staff in charge.
• Evaluates the dangers, risks, environmental aspects and impacts of the activities and areas in charge.
• Supports activities to achieve safety and environmental objectives and goals.
• Communicates the risks and environmental aspects of the activities and areas in charge.
Prepares the procedures required by the standard within the framework of its responsibilities.
• Provides solutions to corrective and preventive actions that are required.
• Maintains records that evidence compliance with activities under its control.
• Investigate accidents that have occurred in your area and identify corrective, preventive and continuous actions to prevent its recurrence.
• Attends internal and external audits and responds promptly to findings.
• Attends management reviews and requests the necessary resources to fulfil their responsibilities.
• This position has the authority, and it is a responsibility to stop any activity or situation that has the potential to cause harm to the safety, health of employees, and/or the environment.
Minimum education level: Bachelor degree with specialization in HR Management
Experience:
o +5 years in an HR role within an automotive industry environment. _
o Knowledge of compliance with legal requirements for payroll and personnel administration
o Advance English
o Automotive Industry or Electronics Industry
