Role Summary/Purpose:

Elaborate and assure execution of scheduling program by correct usage of manufacturing resources of plant. Coordinate and adjust sequences in work centers using SAP. In charge of customer service, giving follow up to orders and generates accurate reports, in order to track orders and inform CAS (Customer Account Specialist) about overall information.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Bring the weekly production plans to the Operations and Materials teams

• Review and processing of sales orders in system

• Leveling and production sequencing, right communication once the realignment of priorities change.

• Attend Customer service accordingly

• Focal point of projects for cost reduction and inventory reduction

• Coordination in sales plans for product line

• Product demand monitoring for production

• Attend daily production meetings in the shop floor

• Support the weekly PSI meeting

Qualifications/Requirements:

• SAP Knowledge

• Engineering Degree

• Fluent English

• Microsoft office intermedium level

• Negotiation and Communication skills

Technical qualifications:

• Planning development for production

• Prioritization of orders and / or production plans

• 0-2 years of experience as a master scheduler in a manufacturing company

• Experience in production constraints

Desired Characteristics / Other qualifications:

• APICS certification

• Six sigma tools / Greenbelt certified
