We are hiring a Payroll Accounting intern to support payroll accounting activities for Steelcase entities in Mexico,

What You Will Be Doing:

• Registration of accounting policies
• Balance sheet account reconciliation
• Record payroll payments
• Validate account balances at the end of the month
• Support with various reports

Your Future Team:

• Mexico Payroll Team that supports Monterrey, Mexico city, Reynosa & Tijuana.

Who You Are:

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related
• To graduate at least on June 2026.
• Written Communication Skills
• Intermediate Excel
• English 50%

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Ability to multi-task.
• Organization skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to listen, understand and apply critical thinking to understand business needs.
• Critical thinking (know how to prioritize, evaluate an analyze the best outcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of basic technology programs such as Microsoft Office.
