Looking for the best Talent: International Sales Manager
Overview::
As a leading entity in medical technology, Gimmi® part of the Vitalmex Group since 2013 and based in Mexico, is seeking an International Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key figure in our team, you will have the opportunity to cultivate B2B customer relationships and expand our global market presence. Responsibilities include acquiring and advising end customers, as well as spearheading innovative sales strategies. With your excellent communication skills, a solid technical understanding, and a passion for driving growth, you are exactly the person we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Drive profitable growth and enhance market
2. presence through strategic planning.
3. Budgeting and Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyse budgeting and sales forecasting to ensure effective financial management.
4. Manage Distributors/Partners: Identify, classify, and manage distributors, retailers, and partners to optimize distribution channels.
5. Explore New Business Opportunities: Identify and negotiate new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue streams.
6. Strengthen Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
7. Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage new customers to expand market presence and increase sales.
8. Effective Communication: Conduct international visits and on-site customer visits, provide technical advice and support, and contribute to marketing and R&D initiatives through insightful feedback and training.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in the endoscopy sector.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong networking capabilities and cultural openness.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to persuade and resolve conflicts.
• Experience in both public and private healthcare sectors.
