Job Summary

THE OPPORTUNITY: To be part of a multi disciplined team providing Quotation support to our internal and external customers via email and Chat. The team will consist of more than 50 associates from a variety of specialties.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 yrs. background on Quotes/Customer Service-related activities preferred.

THOSE NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE JOB COMPETENTLY:

• Must be able to communicate in English C1 (Verbal and Written)  

C1: Can understand and express complex ideas spontaneously with some degree of fluency and can properly organize sophisticated text and communicate with substantial detail. 

• Should be able to handle and operate under pressure.

• Create Quotations following Customers instructions.
• Perform Pricing by analyzing various aspects of pricing.
• Provide Quotations within a strict timeframe.
• Perform specific monthly projects as appropriate.
• Understand different product lines and quoting strategies.
• Interact with different internal departments to ensure requirements are met
• Interact with Customers and Vendors over calls to obtain relevant details to
• perform Quoting.
• Interact live on Click to Chat with Sales team and Customers.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Complete assignments on time.
• Assist with special projects, as requested.
