Role- Prompt Engineer
Location – Mexico Remote

Experience:
• 3+ years relevant technical work experience, preferably in Python or Java, with at least 2+ years developing and implementing Conversational AI solutions using LLMs and frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain.
• A Conversational AI Developer with a strong background in frameworks, IVR, chat, Generative AI, and LLM-based multilingual conversations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LLM-based platform engineering, with solid coding practices in Python or equivalent.
• The Spanish Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing intelligent agentic frameworks to deliver multilingual conversational interfaces, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems focused on English-to-Spanish translation.
Technical Skills:
• Build and optimize LLM-based Conversational AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph for multilingual chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems.
• Implement and enhance AI-driven multilingual conversations using Generative AI models, ensuring accurate and culturally-relevant Spanish translations.
• Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies specifically for English-to-Spanish translation in AI-driven dialogue systems.
• Improve language mapping, intent retention, and tone adaptation to preserve the original conversational flow in translated interactions.
• Integrate translation workflows with external APIs, web services, and translation management systems to ensure consistency and automation.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and debugging of multilingual conversation flows and translation prompt quality.
• Continuously research improvements in multilingual LLM performance and drive innovation in translation-based prompt engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt scalability, reusability, and adherence to translation and coding best practices.
