Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented Accidents Prevention Specialist.

Responsible for the management and execution of the company's Accident Prevention Program, to include accident management and critical event management. Assist drivers to understand how accidents and/or incidents may have occurred; ensuring that they have proper tools and resources to avoid future accidents

Activities:

• Assist Fleet Managers from an Accident Prevention standpoint by providing training of drivers over the phone.
• Lead efforts with the Driver Safety program in all forms, to include working with Fleet Managers, directly with drivers requiring progressive intervention or on critical events, taking corrective action, providing training, placing holds etc.
• Perform weather monitoring during periods of inclement weather, primarily during winter months and when active tropical storms are threatening landfall.
• Among other activities

Important:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to manage multiple operating systems
• Ability with software systems
