Senior Customer Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Senior Customer Specialist, you will be integral in managing customer relationships and achieving key objectives within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address a variety of service requests and issues within our railroad Unit.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of processes, systems, commodities, and equipment used daily.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and monitoring of customer orders.
• Manage freight solicitation, resolve issues, negotiate market rates, and build strong customer relationships.
• Take ownership of orders/issues from start to finish to meet customer and driver needs.
• Analyze service defects and trends to identify root causes and communicate service challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 2-3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Business, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
