POSITION PURPOSE:

Work in conjunction with the Business Analyst to identify processes with high automation potential through the use of RPA and other compatible technologies.

Create automation solutions through the design and implementation of RPA UIPath technologies.

Create and transmit the best practices within an organization during the development of new RPA initiatives. In addition, support and train business units in technical automation issues within a RPA project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance.

· Supporting the development team in developing solutions.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with minimal guidance.

· Supporting existing clients with their automated solutions, including carrying out change requests.

· Analyzing client's processes and delivering automation solutions.

· Knowledge of UIPath REFramework.

· Develop RPA project experience, including certification in UiPath.

· The developer will also validate the automation by performing appropriate unit testing, and ensure configuration control is maintained at all times.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hands on experience on RPA tools as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate is a plus.
• Middle Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language).
• Able to design technical specification documents.
• UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided).
• Understanding of workflow-based logic.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Superior time and project management skills.
• Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
• Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
