The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in strategic and tactical execution across Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, and Inventory Management.

Description

• Design, implement and continuously improve the supply chain strategy, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

• Lead and develop cross-functional teams in procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory control, and warehousing.

• Ensure effective S&OP processes, demand planning, and material availability.

• Develop strong supplier relationships and lead cost-saving, quality, and delivery improvement initiatives.

• Oversee logistics and distribution strategies to optimize delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

• Leverage SAP to monitor and optimize supply chain performance.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

• 5+ years in a Supply Chain Management position with proven leadership experience.

• Strong track record in both strategic and tactical supply chain operations.

• Experience in Medical Devices (must). Also open to profiles from Automotive or Aerospace industries.

• Proficiency in SAP (must).

• Advanced English (spoken and written) is required.
