As a Safety Specialist at Carolina Logistics, you will champion safety protocols through meticulous documentation, clear communication across all stakeholders, proactive dispute resolution, and thorough incident investigation to ensure a secure working environment and prevent future occurrences.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years Customer service experience
• Logical thinking and good memory
• Eagerness to learn and persistence in completing tasks
• Calm temperament and ability to work under pressure
• Stress resistance
• Curious and proactive individual who enjoys challenges
• Conversational English level

Activities:

• Manage and process safety-related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and internal departments regarding safety matters.
• Facilitate the resolution of safety disputes and issues.
• Negotiate and address charges or concerns related to safety incidents.
• Liaise with unsatisfied clients and insurance agents on safety-related matters.
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.
• Prepare detailed safety reports.
