At Safran, a global leader in aerospace manufacturing, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our industrialization and process improvement strategy. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production operations that meet both company and customer expectations.

?? Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement manufacturing industrialization and engineering improvement strategies.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, safety, and cost.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of manufacturing engineers.
• Collaborate with departments such as quality, maintenance, supply chain, and production.
• Identify new competencies, manage certifications, and ensure capability alignment with future needs.
• Manage department budget aligned with competitiveness and operational goals.
• Foster a culture of leadership, continuous improvement, HSE, and quality.

?? Profile Requirements:

• Professional Degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or industrial management
• Fluent English, and French
• Strong team leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally

?? Technical Expertise:

• Knowledge in: CNC (Turning, Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Shaping, EDM), CMM, Heat & Surface Treatments, NDT
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Flow Management
• Skilled in data analysis and structured problem solving

?? Software Tools:

• MS Office, SAP, SyteLine, MS Project
• Sinumerik, TopSolid, NC Simul, CATIA
